N. Willamsburg: Hipster Paradise
Ft. Greene: Blipster Paradise
S. Wiilliamsburg: Hasidic Heaven
Crown Heights: Where Jews Meet Jamaicans
Bay Ridge: Brooklyn's Republican Stronghold
East New York: One Giant Slum
Coney Island: One Giant Slum With A Beach and a Roller Coaster

Bensonhurst: where Italians hate black people
Brighton Beach: Little Moscow
</p>
Bensonhurst is now some 75% Chinese/Asian/Russian, and only 25% Italian if not less. Yes, some 20 years ago Guidos had beef with da homeys, but no more.
Brighton Beach: Little Odessa. Mostly Jews from Ukraine; but, the Mexicans and Pakistanis are moving in rapidly. I predict in 10 years Brighton Beach will only be 50% Russian.
BTW, in the 1970's Brighton Beach was mostly black.
The bad thing about Brooklyn is all those run down houses still cost a fortune. I wouldn't even want to live in it, since they're all conjoined outdated looking homes.
