Chair Man should lawyer up and use ninny boy's own statement to claim self-defense. How was he to know that Mrs. Tough Guy wasn't a threat after he admittedly confronted him? Gay or not, pansy or not, you don't get to go full-retard on another person then claim your mindset wasn't to attack. If I was Chair Man I'd have immediately responded also once confronted by a standing, aggressive Nancy hovering over me as I'm sitting in a tactically-deficient situation.
The way to win every fight is to use overwhelming violence of action at the precise moment that you perceive your attacker is going to make a similar move. Bravo Chair Man for not taking this limp-wrist's nonsense while waiting for him to hit you with the nearest object at hand. Rainbow man got what he deserved.
Lol. your response can be consider wrong on so many levels. I wouldn't be surprised if you get verbally scolded for using "insensitive language" about gay men or called a "homophobe". On the other hand, minus the name-calling, the media has convinced or at least attempted to convince people that one can not disagree with a gay person on any issue or matter. If they do they are "homophobic". Really? Straight people disagree with each other all the time and name call each other and they aren't considered hetero-phobic towards straights. This has all become so silly.

I have nothing against gay people whatsoever, but I can't get behind using that status as an armor post-beatdown, especially when you're the one who started it!
What I don't like about these videos is they show one snippet of what happened. For all we know the "victim" could have sucker punched the other guy to start the fight. I'm not saying that justifies a chair attack but I would bet there was much more to the fight. There was a viral video last year of a guy punching another guy on the street and running. It turned out that "victim" was the aggressor.
Wow ,Martin, talk about being right on the mark. Turns out the guy who threw the chair was also gay and witnesses are saying the "victim" attacked him first and called him a n****r. Evidently no hate crime here or if there was it might have been the one who threw the chair who was the victim.

I haven't seen that on any of the local newscasts. They did run with the gay bashing angle with somber reporters editorializing how gays should feel safe in NYC, especially in Chelsea.
I read a comment that the guy who threw the chair is gay too but I don't know that for a fact.
