How the hell are you a foreman when you don't even know how speak/type in full sentences using the English language?

You're so worried about the probation guys that you wrote them complaints that are guaranteed to extend their probation by another 3-6 months over some bull****.

I really hope you're some master troll because if you're real, you're just a straight up moron. Like JR3TD79 said go to a real garage where the MEN run it and put screw balls like you in their rightful place.

ok - I got my "Proposed Medical Disqualification"

They are proposing to medically disqualify me based on my already disclosed disease which my doctor already said I am good with. My doctor says there is no reason why I cannot be a sanitation worker.
It is an autoimmune disease that i've had since childhood and I've never had any negative side effects because of it in life, no hospitalizations, nothing. I am physically ok, nothing wrong physically.

So - in the letter they give two options.

- Send in a self written statement opposing the disqualification with any additional documents
or
- Submit a professional report from a doctor. I would have to sign a release form etc and looks way more complicated and unnecessary but I'm not the expert here.

Question - Which do I want to do? I already have a letter from y doctor giving me the ALL CLEAR and the letter "states that the patient is physically able to do the job of a sanitation worker". I already provided this letter during my medical and they put it in my file, should I just re-submit this same letter along with a statement from myself?

Any help is appreciated.
