Bull****. I was on the A train going to a volunteer job on a weekend day to the Bronx when I was assaulted and robbed by two very big black men who also robbed others on the train, including beating a white man to a pulp for his gold chain. The good ol' days, right?

This happens every day, and it has happened every day for as long as anyone can recall.
AFTER 1994, for the edification of your colleague here as well, I was robbed for the first and only time ever. So ... from this, I should conclude that crime increased exponentially after 1994. Right ?

No, she doesn't know what the city was like before Giuliani and Bloomberg or will be without a strong mayor, yet, but I expect she will be affected by de Blasio's reign in a very few years if not months.

rudy gets to much credit for the pendulum effect of roe vs wade when would be criminals would be entering their criminal prime crime rates across the nation dropped when rudy took office, he got way to much credit then he desevered. the cause of the crime rate drop mid 90's was the fact that unwanted babies tended to be much more likely to be criminals, and when a large amount were not born 18-25 years later the country is safer... but the right wingers seem to love these little fetuses until they are getting pushed out on the table then they are "welfare babies"
