I personally did vote for Bernie. But he lost New York and quite clearly the man is not going to get the nomination.

In NY Independent voters were a part of the problem. There is no independent running as of present, so independents were locked out of the primaries and that favored Hillary. Maybe if you had registered as Democrat last year you could have helped oppose her.

Personally I have no problem with Hillary and I'm okay if she becomes the President. Better her than Trump or any of the Republicans.
No, what happened was that just as Bernie was picking up steam he somehow morphed into just another angry old white man. I can't tell you how many registered dems I know who were ready to vote for Bernie 2 or 3 weeks ago and switched . He was doing better, slowly but surely winning people over, as lovable grand pa Bernie. Polls 2 weeks ago were showing him closing in on her fast with her lead down to mid single digits.

Don't know whether it was his personal decision or his staff's decision to give him a personality make over at the last minute but it was a disaster. He suddenly had such an angry puss on in all of his appearances that he could have passed as a Republican. Turned a lot of people off.

Whether or not to switch gears and go extremely negative in political campaign is always a big risk. Sometimes it works, sometimes it backfires. Didn't work for Bernie.

And I wonder how many people who voted for Hillary are actually Hillary supporters. Or did they just for somebody other than Bernie? I fall into the latter category.
There are a lot of Hillary "supporters" in my FB feed that voted for her simply because they think she can beat Trump in a general election.

Bernie is a bit too pro-gun for the urban NY crowd. Please well in rural Vermont of course.

Exactly as expected. Florida was the same as it has many transplanted Northerners.

Lol, and Hillary's speech...the body language, and the "you suckers" smile were a hoot!

You've always had my back.

And I've tried to have yours.

Or, in other words:

Honey, I love you.

That's nice.

Liberal clowns are so amusing!

Manhattan Republicans know what is up and they know wall street. The establishment do not want Trump. For the Republican establishment, kaisch seems to be a bit more realistic.

Amen to that. Again we get to choose who is the least hateful candidate...same as in every election. Do we want to bomb 3 new countries, or 10. Do we want to grow the debt by a trillion a year, or TWO trillion a year. Do we spread the gap between rich and poor immensely or slightly less immensely.
They can both go to Hell.
