Looks like 3 days of rain in the 40's.
Suits me okay, as long as Netflix and my PC continue running.

I am PA grown and I appreciate the ameliorating effects of the Atlantic on NYC. The difference of 100 miles is quite noticeable. It gets cold here but rarely BITTER cold and every year we seem to get less and less snow.

I have a forum friend in Northern Alberta whose weather reports are really frightening to read. He's near enough to the Arctic Circle that his Winter days are only a few hours long...imagine how depressing that can be.

When global warming started to become an issue, I read somewhere that NYC was essentially going to turn into Atlanta, weather-wise. It seems to be happening. This winter, except for one short cold blast, is being pretty moderate.

It really has been pretty mild so far, Steve.

Yeah let's get this mildness out of the way and get back to the good stuff. I liked it when it was in the low 20's.

I guess. I think we're in for at least one big polar blast, which I'll welcome like I would the plague.
