Apparently the NWS knew that the rain/snow line was wobbling north, and that the city wouldn't get the snow totals originally predicted, but didn't include that in the final forecasts

It makes me laugh when all the politicians and the media are warning people to stay inside, no matter what. Hah! Yeah right, I'm staying in bed, with my electric blanket turned up to the max, and pray to dear Jesus that I survive this terrifying weather event!

This snow is a lot more dangerous, there are people hurt from falls and hit by ice in the city.
