I'm assuming everyone is still waiting for log #s to be released? I applied back in June. I see on the housing connect site that the status is Closed but I don't see log # attached to my app.
(
yeah what's up with that? it's been about a month since the application period ended so I dont know what's the hold up. This is the one building in Brooklyn that I'd make an exception to live in if they called me.
And the beat goes on!....

i really would cry for a day if i get selected lol
i can afford it in 2 years but why go crazies and learn some new skills when i can win this lol
The suspense is killing me!!! I want in this one soooo bad! I'm in HPS now, but live in a studio and they make it damn near impossible to upgrade into a 1br. Even if I'm able to eventually, the price will go up significantly, and it won't be much more affordable than any other building at that point. Going from a studio to a 1br would be life changing. I could actually feel like an adult!!
They are legit trying my patience . why so long to see a bunch of numbers? I just realized though, the studio in 280 is cheaper but the one bedroom is more expensive compared to 250 Ashland.
I would definitely take either but I would pass on a micro unit. I qualify for all three.

I'm not too excited about this one. There are only 3 apartments for a one bedroom and I'm not into studios much less "micro studios"
This one will just be a, "what log number did you get" lottery for me.
Yeah same thing to report, Closed Status and no log #s. Odds are not good considering the number of units available for each income band, and the disclaimer that "Up to half of CB preference units may be allocated through referrals of applicants from city agencies." I didn't really notice those two points when I initially applied.

So for that reason, I'm out.
yeah it's looking like this one is out of reach for many of us.
oh well
