The one that I really want is 57 Via West. OMG, that's really hitting the lottery!
I really want Ashland/Brooklyn and I'm a sucker for any in unit W/D apartment even if it's the city but this I don't even qualify for - even if I was tempted

That's a beautiful one as well. But you have to admit that 57 West is amazing. I mean, some one bedrooms have two bathrooms! And all apartments have washer/dryers/ dishwashers, terraces facing the river, and "home offices." The building has a virtual golf course, poker tables, a pool, gym - everything! I qualify for only 1 bedrooms (a $6K value). I have applied but going though another lottery process now. Check out this one bedroom APARTMENTSAURUS:
For my own sanity, I cannot allow myself because I can't even apply . this is enough to make one bat sh*t crazy so I have to refrain but yes, it all sounds gravy

Yeah, that sucks, whereever you land - you have to be ok with if for at least at year.... and if you keep applying hope you get called for a better deal than you have with perfect timing (unless ofcourse, you're happy)
