I dont know whats worst,,, To actually wait for me to get called in with a very low log number <100 for a property with No CB or to actually get called go through the long process,, to then get wait listed....... I have yet to get called in for lottery... but this sounds like a real life Halloween Horror Story.. and you did a sequel Horror story to be waitlisted again..You are the a true warrior...

I got one in the low 7,000s which is the first time I've ever gotten below 30, 000 for this area. But considering there's so few apartments with no cb preference still not confident. Just a small victory for me that I finally got a not insane although probably still hopeless log number.
