I got an apology email from management today and they said hopefully tomorrow my file will be approved....(fingers crossed)

Oh the key fob is a small security device with built-in authentication used to control entry to building and laundry room- KEYLESS ENTRY
i’m surprised they didn’t give you fob right when they gave you the keys. I’m gettjng it activated this week

I received my apt and mailbox keys w/ laundry cards during signing. They activated it and placed in mailbox wednesday so i'm at peace and forgive Prestige Management.
