So I got my letter from Sanitation, according to them I have a spinal condition called "Spondylolisthesis" and liver anomalies which I've known about and my doctor said it's a no big deal thing where my liver produces extra bilirubins, he actually says it's more beneficial for the heart. So guess who's gonna start his appeal process?!

Start it man, don’t even think about giving up. Be on top of it, you’ll get on if you’re persistent enough.
Will having an open Comp case with another NYC agency stop you from joining sanitation? I passed the medical already , I just need to get my CDL permit to take the class and background. Will a comp case pop on background check?

They wouldn’t let you into pre orientation without the permit so much as let you take the medical. Are you confusing the physical with the medical?
What’s this banter about going organic in 2019, trying to hit 7k sanitation workers, and another class before the year ends? Anyone else hear?
Completely false. Organics is a failure. It’s 40 million over budget already. Expansion of the program has been frozen. So if a district doesn’t already have it. It won’t have it. It will be dead by end of 2019 or when the commissioner leaves/fired. Whichever comes first. My guess is the latter
