The ferry will NOT be in Soundview. It will be down by Shorehaven. It's supposed to be for the greater Soundview area I guess because only small parts of Soundview have access to the subway or the BxM8 express bus. Otherwise you need a car or you have to deal with long bus rides. The people in Shorehaven will use it since it is middle class.
