I smell it more in the commercial districts of Manhattan than in the hood
I never smell it around my way outside, maybe if I'm in a building around my way, but in Manhattan, I smell it on the streets.....
This is cause in Manhattan people have to smoke it outside. In the hood everyone smokes inside even if they aren't allowed to cause they don't give AF about following rules.
If you're Black like me or last name Sanchez it's not.
Yea, that's the PC mantra.
What it really is that whites tend culturally, for whatever reason, to smoke it indoors (eg home, concert hall etc).
Some other groups who will remain nameless also smoke it extensively outdoors - eg hanging on bench, stoop, walking on street.
This uses aren't exclusive, but we all know in real life, when we are not lying just to win the argument, that the cultural uses as a group, differs.
Low and behold the police tend to arrest one more than the other (on account of the police not happening to be on patrol inside your house).
Fast forward and some brilliant researcher publishes the scandalous news NYPD arrest blacks more than whites for weed even though they use it about the same extent. Ta daa! You got a righteous mob on your hands. Scientifically proven! Unbridled racism! Not fair!

So if it’s true what you saying is true then that should also apply to people who live in low income affordable housing in different boroughs too. You not allowed to smoke in those apartments either
