So what’s new? It would actually be news if no lines were not running with some kind of service changes.

This will be the norm.

Exactly! Also there are some people who work on the weekends that must take the subway.

My experience with the J line early this morning makes me glad I'll never have to do any more regularly long commutes in this city every again after this week.
