Wrong, deblasio hasnt even signed it into law and it will take a year after that to go into affect. Also DSNY will still be drug testing for weed because you are required to have a CDL and they have to follow federal rules for that.

Can't wait for this to happen though so I can see all the idiots fail the test because they cant stay clean and then complain that they didnt know DSNY still tested for weed.

You are likely right regarding the CDL, that won't stop the first person to try and sue over it.

Pee test should be easy to fast for a month,and pass. Also,GNC is your friend for clean pee tests. So I've heard.

Say no to drugs. You might get the random test if ever hired.

CDL license is federal.
Federally weed is still illegal, No way around it. No court would even entertain a suit.
