It's funny how the ones who are anti-cop are the ones who don't respect the laws of a civilized society. So yeah if you think laws are optional then get stomped.

What exactly is going on in the police department that is making POs behave so docile? Is it because the court system is backed up and there's no room in jails? What's going on.

Have you been asleep since the last few years of Obama’s reign?

Someone is always recording and then they will try to dox you, get you fired, put in jail, etc. The video will brand you the racist cop or trigger happy cop, or minority hating cop, etc.

I dont know what kind of job you work. I would bet that you don't have numerous cell phone cameras within feet of you with people screaming and cursing at you. I would bet it would make your job pretty difficult. I get that police officers serve the public but their jobs are getting more difficult by the day!

I noticed more cops at the MN platform today, moving the homeless away. I like that, as I am there just to get a train, not to get pan handled.

Honestly, I'm glad the officers showed restraint in all the above mentioned videos. Yes, it's disgusting what happened but in the end they earned more respect *not* succumbing to foolishness than "showing who's boss". Officers are supposed to occupy the higher ground and I'm glad that these videos show members of the NYPD doing just that.

Kudos to those officers and here's to them making through their careers safely.

These guys will need lady luck’s constant attention throughout their careers to remain unharmed if this is how they plan to address violent perps who attack them.

Are you saying you are happy that you are “protected” by officers who ignore violent behavior, even when it’s directed at themselves? What do you think these cops would do to protect you if they won’t even protect themselves?

No. This is not how cops are supposed to react. Even the Chief of Department who is part of the problem acknowledged as much. Cops are supposed to enforce laws and arrest criminals, not walk away when said criminals are abusing them, especially when that abuse is physical.

You’re dead wrong.

I might’ve had a slightly different outlook if they didn’t throw the bucket at them, but they violated.

I am a fan of DeBlasio but since his tenure I have repeatedly condemned him of his stance with some of the components in play with the NYPD
