I'm not surprised to hear this. Our governor (GA) is just now putting the state in quarantine (tomorrow I believe). He said (lied) he is doing this because he found out "24 hours ago" that the virus can be spread by people who do not have symptoms. We obviously won't get anywhere near to NYC's levels due to how dense NYC is, the use public transport there, etc., but I was waiting for our numbers to spike.
He must be the biggest jackass to just be learning about this 24 hours ago when the world been screaming this from the top of their lungs since January. I hope everyone takes this into consideration when voting in their next party leaders and remember the ones that failed them in their time of need to pursue their own selfish goals.

They got it done before the cops found out. It would be interesting to see what would happen if the cops did arrest some of them.
I think LE in FL shut down a megachurch in Tampa that was holding services. The church is suing on First Amenamen grounds. It might take a while to percolate up the slowed down legal system. It will be very interesting to see what the result is.
Caronavirus isn't yet a big problem in many US states. The fake news like CNN and MSNBC run horror stories to terrify people. Unfortunately in NY city there is a problem, yet the fake news fails to mention that some states are well run and unaffected.
I'm watching Florida. They're about a week and a half behind us. But they seem to be ramping up.
