No heat all night or so far this morning. Had my small electric fan heater on for a bit.
I'm turning my oven on. I have a small heater but the oven is so much more efficient. I'm on the top floor and with the winds whipping around last night I ended up going to bed super early so I could bundle up under my covers.

You want heat when it was almost 60 degrees outside? Fat chance of that... Now when the temperature drops later today and into the evening into the 30s that's when they need to start getting the heat going, but that may not happen.

You live on the top floor with the winds up to almost 50 mph and the pouring rain and tells me it feels like 60 degrees

The problem is due to the sudden outside temperature drop the apt. is too cold at night as they don't put on the heating full blast despite the night temperature below the freezing mark. Low heat after no heat is simply not warm with such low nighttime temperatures.
