However look at the situation. The car has plenty of space. What if it was a full car, not packed but standing room only and then this guy walks in right next to you? I might move but what if you can't move? Then if you say something it's a catch 22, if he gets mad an starts talking back he's then expelling a lot more breath

What to do in such a situation here is secondary to why this guy was granted entry into the subway in the first place. That’s where the failure to enforce compliance comes in. If wearing a face covering were properly enforced, this would’ve never happened. The guy would’ve been told he can’t enter the system, period. Events like this will continue to ensue until everyone starts to care about the safety of themselves and those around them.
