That's not true. If they had cards all the money would then be in the machine and people can still steal it.
In my building and surrounding buildings, people have been stealing the money out of the card machines in private laundry rooms in apt buildings.

That makes no sense , the money would not be in the laundry machines cuz the cards is digital money lol . Even if there is cash inside the machine that prints the laundry cards they would have to break that machine which would be much much harder and time consuming then holding the place up .

Doesn't need to make sense. It happened in my building and several buildings in my neighborhood.
