Actually, I would like to see the parents retroactively assessed additional taxes, by having the IRS and State and city government recalculate their liabilities for the lives of their felonious kids, taking away the deduction for those "children" from the parent claiming the deduction. It should either be paid, in full, immediately, or the additional taxes should be immediately garnished from her paychecks up to limitations on garnishments as a percentage of pay.
She would quickly know where her next 13 year old gangbanger was.
This assumes that the delinquent parents pay income taxes

How often are you in NYC though? I actually go to Long Island. I just dont understand why you continue to show allegiance for something that you clearly left, so make it make sense for me
