Whatever they do about johns and hookers, they better go hard on pimps and traffickers. Double the felony conviction prison term for anyone found to have been producing women to clients for the purposes of prostitution

Need has nothing to do with anything. Runaway girls, especially, are almost all taken in by pimps who house them and hook them on narcotics and dominate them essentially as sex slaves. They have no emotional standing to resist
so basically they all work but the one I like to use
