Cars already disappear on the Grand Concourse. It is the Bronx after all.

Cops haven't been giving out parking tickets for years now. Isn't that why the entire traffic division was created in the first place?
This has everything to do with not enforcing certain rules/laws in "disadvantaged" neighborhoods.
Apparently the new mayor thinks differently from the old mayor. The cars parked on the islands are getting tickets now.
take money out of people's pockets and this is how you get the Bronx to vote Republican.....
