Good observation on latinos cooking Everything...the food ain't the same in my POV. To your question on if "The Latinos are cheating you", they are not. Blame the owners who prefer to save money by paying under-the-table (low) wages.

You can still get Italian food made by Italians, but they have to be Italians from Italy that can bring over people from Italy. A few places like this that I frequent.
