It's funny but these type of people carry a lot of hate because they blame their failures on society at large. These types of people are always the most dangerous.
Now I’m confused - the person of interest is Frank James, appearing to be a heavy set 62 y/o Black man, but he hasn’t been named as the shooter and is only wanted for questioning as his credit card was used to rent the U-Haul tied to the shooting?

For some reason I think Seventh Floor is tall(er). You have to be tall to walk around with such confidence that NYC's crime is no big deal.
Why are you confused? They can't call him a suspect yet. Too soon. They need to get him in custody and then continue their investigation until they gather enough evidence to convict. Otherwise, a defense attorney would call it prejudicial.

Because in other instances I’ve seen shooter identified rather than person of interest when the person was still at large. So the “get him in custody” claim you’ve made, isn’t necessarily true.
