This guy is proving to be a real dummy. It's obvious he has no clue what to do and isn't terribly interested in figuring it out.

Just goes to show what kind of problem solving skills lifelong government jobbers have. I'm sure there are some talented people but most have to be like this idiot.

They just sent the illegals to where they are welcome.
Had that been the long-standing policy, all USians would be wearing feathered headdresses and furs.

Gov. Kathy Hochul says Joe Biden won’t ‘take ownership’ of NYC migrant crisis

Gov. Kathy Hochul says repeated pleas to President Biden about the worsening “humanitarian crisis” caused by a flood of migrants into New York City have fallen on deaf ears — but she continued to sidestep the issue of whether his open-border immigration policies are also to blame.

We want the federal government to see that this is a humanitarian crisis,” Hochul said.

There are sanctuary state policies that New York has that should be ended. We saw it with the creation of a multi-billion dollar Excluded Workers Fund that was created. They raise taxes in order to pay for it,” Zeldin said at a press conference in White Plains Wednesday.

Where tourists going stay in Times Square ?

Migrants are staying at 4 star hotel

The four-star Row NYC hotel — located in pricey Times Square and formerly the iconic Milford Plaza — will initially house 200 migrant families and will have the ability to take on even more in the coming weeks, Adams said.

The $400-a-night hotel — once billed as being “in the center of it all” — has more than 1,000 rooms and is located in the same district as PS 33, the public school in Chelsea that parents told The Post is already overburdened by the sudden influx of migrant students who can’t speak English.

Did you this plan will reduce migrant flow to NYC and rest of the states ?

U.S. and Mexico reach agreement on plans for Venezuelan migrants

The United States and Mexico reached an agreement that will allow U.S. authorities to send some Venezuelan migrants back across the border while expanding opportunities for others to apply for legal entry through U.S. consulates abroad, officials said Wednesday.

The arrangement is modeled after Biden administration program that has allowed nearly 70,000 Ukrainians to enter the United States over the past year with a legal status known as humanitarian parole. Applicants must have a person or organization willing to sponsor them financially, and present themselves at U.S. consulates abroad, not at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Venezuelans approved for the program will be allowed to fly to the United States and seek faster approval for work authorization, instead of attempting a dangerous overland journey.

The Mexican government said the U.S. has agreed to allow 24,000 Venezuelans to reach the United States by air under the terms of the accord. Mexico, in an effort to discourage Venezuelans from heading directly to the border, will agree to accept Venezuelan migrants under Title 42
