Many Americans ate squirrel regularly as part of their diet. More recently the Vietnamese Hmong immigrants hunt and consume squirrel so much some states have had to alter their season. Lol who would think you could shoot and eat too many squirrel?!?

I also tried camel once in a Greek joint in Astoria. Very smokey/gamey- not to my liking.
