When someone in conversations says "during the pandemic" I always say "huh, what was the pandemic"?
You can't ignore this stuff. I can understand easing up a bit if things are getting better, but this stupid thing keeps getting worse and worse! Just when we thought BA5 was the worst variant yet, this XBB comes along and makes matters even worse!

This goes to show your ignorance. Most people are spreading the disease asymptomatically. And everyone that catches Covid is very very contagious 1-2 days before even showing symptoms. So by the time you notice that sniffle or scratchy throat, you likely went around and already spread the disease to other people.
