Yes, True............and no not true.

Taxes,Grants,Licenses.......etc....I get it

Digging deeper and find in my opinion.....

Financial Institutions investing your money but paying you pennies on the dollar.
Health Services overcharging tens of thousands while those paying higher costs for medical insurance.
Don't even get me started with the costs of prescriptions.

Retail, manufacturing, businesses, pay pennies on the dollar and are beholden to a 500-600% profit pulled right out of the lining of your pocket for their product.

Everybody eventually is affected if allowed.

9 bucks for a dozen eggs? 7 bucks for a half gallon of milk ?

Blame inflation?
The war over seas ?
Thugs looting and destroying Walmarts across the country ?
Each actor has a role to play out including our mayor blaming immigrants.....

Spend down everything or hide your money between the mattress I'm told.
If you can't beat them join them I'm told.

Go on public assistance, free rent,food,transportation,education....etc...No worries.
Remember to keep voting Democratic. This free ride doesn't end while contributing
members of society are foolishly keeping this hungry ideology fed in exchange
for a tanking quality of life.

People with some wealth, a little income are catching on and leaving ............it's only a matter of time.

Pray the petrol dollar maintains it's value or say bye bye to Federal and State Grants.

I have heard in the last 3 administrations we have spent more than in the last two centuries combined
and that money has got to come from someone.
The governments always start with the person that just happens to have a little more than the
person standing next to him. Don't matter how hard he worked for it. What's yours is now mine....

Say hello to the yolk of Socialism alive and free inside a hardened shell of Capitalism.

Say goodbye to the NYC I once knew......................

If the migrants were XX chromosomes and young under 30, from a nation about to do a counteroffensive on a bigger nation, I am sure no one would ever complain in NYC.

Have you been to Williamsburg or Astoria on a warm day? What would make it more vibrant for you ?
It's a shell of itself even just compared to 2019

You can probably switch the title around to Eric Adams Is Destroying New York City

That is honestly what is going down even though nobody is allowed to say it.

Adams should just take his money and move to Africa. He is crazy in the head about black black black. Why stay here other than to be hateful of non blacks? That is really his only driver.

These black leaders have undoubtedly permanently destroyed the USA big cities. There are no healthy black leaders anywhere here. It is sad nobody is allowed to criticize.

Racist troll alert. Sounds like the same deranged individual that keeps popping up here, who referred to his sandwiches as hoagies.

Do you not work for the government or something? I'd be scared to know if that's true. But anyway, there are several things with his post:

- he is stereotyping and generalizing all black leaders "- There are no healthy black leaders anywhere here." He's implying that all black leaders are the same, and have the same characteristics of behavior. It is racist to devalue the complexity of black or other groups and their contributions to society esp when there are many successful black leaders out there.
- he's telling him to move to Africa. So he's basically trying to demean Adams because he's black. He's obsessed with his race. It is racist to imply that blacks have no place in USA. Why would Adams want to move to Africa when he loves NYC?
- he's also blaming Adams for NYC's challenges that he didn't directly cause, and are happening all over the country.

The poster is basically the one who is hateful and ignorant. He is trying to divide an polarize the city. NYC is a melting pot of cultures, religions, races etc. Been this way for some time.

In reading these commentaries it sounds like speedie stevie is very youthful, young, highly impressionable, and went through that meat grinder of woke education. Remember the video from the psychedelic art rock opera of Pink Floyd’s The Wall (1979) when the school kids are all put through a meat grinder? They don’t make em like that anymore.

“Teachers leave our kids alone!”

NYC doesn’t need migrants to destroy itself. It just needs…itself.
