The above statement is just a word jumble. What are "societal problems"? What does "data solving societal problems" mean?

We don't have "societal problems". We have less than 1% of society causing problems. The other 99%+ don't cause major issues. The less than 1% aren't being dealt with by the authorities. That's not a "societal problem". That's a lack of proper governance problem.
