I was in Nashville few weeks ago and had a blast there. Broadway has 20-30 bars all one after another playing all sorts of country music. You just enter get a drink and enjoy free music. It was heaven for me.
Now I know NYC wouldnt dare to let people enjoy music for free in such quantities, everything must cost $100 and up, but I was wondering if there are any good Country music bars in the city or ones that play Blues/Country non stop.

Nashville is in the South. Don't you know there is no culture in the South? But for 250 bucks a ticket you get a somewhat decent seat to a crappy Juke Box musical.

Nashville is awesome. Like a cleaner New Orleans. Another place devoid of culture.

I liked it. Not my favorite, but has its charms and music and food is on point.

I plan on going in spring with a buddy of mine, just a weekend to spend hours and hours listening to music and some good BBQ. With flight and hotel would still be cheaper than doing a night in NYC, more fun too.

They didn't have live music just a jukebox but it was a lot of fun, RIP a victim of COVID.

We lost Johnny Utah's during covid. Only bar with a mechanical bull. Darn shame. Bull was free to ride too.

Went there 13 years ago or so. Had a blast watching drunk out of town women try to master the bull.
