Vladeck not the best for me the worst in LES .. I lived there and it was horrible. too much marijuana smoking inside buildings. had to vacate the apartment ..now waiting to be relocated..
how are the Abraham Lincoln houses around 135 st Madison ave?

This is a joke. I used to work in Lilian Wald houses next to Jacob Riis on ave D and east 6th. Every housing project located on Ave D is worse then Vladeck. Vladeck is actually pretty calm and way cleaner then the projects in Alphabet city.

The housing projects by the Brooklyn bridge are worse then Vladeck also. Most of those tenements claim the lower east side as their neigjborhood.

The worst housing project by far to me is the pink houses and probably edenwald houses in the north Bronx. The neighborhood I think that's the worse for project crimes overall is east Harlem.

Hello. I was just given choices of places mainly in Brooklyn and want to know which would be the best building to choose.

Cypress Hills
Red Hook West
Surfside Gardens
Tilden
Van Dyke 1
Marcus Garvey
Ocean hill Bed Stuy
Park Rock Consolidated
and Lincoln and Polo Grounds in Manhattan

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
