I'm not surprised. He owns about 80% of Bloomberg L.P., which is worth billions. Every investment bank uses their services. I didn't read the article, but I think he is worth $10bn+. One of the top earning private equity guys is the owner of Blackstone, and I think he made somewhere just under $200M in 2007 - pocket change for Bloomberg LOL!
Once again, the Post has nothing better to print than stuff already known to several million people in the city. What would be news is if the Post actually had some news in its pages one of these days!
