hi, can u give me some info on 2751 university ave, Kingsbridge Bronx? in terms of crime, reading your previous comments, im worried about my stay there this summer.

I live in the same precinct as the address you mention. since Ive been living here for the past 23 years in the Police Beat section of the local papers that area is constantly mentioned for street robberies, push in robberies, etc. the area physically doesn't look bad but I think crime is a big reality around there

most of the crimes there i read about happen at night but ive read about day time incidents too. and there are these little parks at the end of University Ave at Reservoir Ave (like Fort Four Park) that are dangerous. I think the proximity of Fordham Bedford cause some kind of spillover onto the quiet streets

if you have to live in Kingsbridge Hts, it should not be south of the reservoir

Isn't that side of the reservoir Van Cortland Village? I thought that was part of the 10463 zip code.

south of the reservoir the zip code goes from 10463 to 10468. so everything east of Sedgwick Ave like Webb, University, Claflin, Reservoir all the way over to the Concourse is 10468, everything west of Sedgwick and north of the bottom of the reservoir is 10463.
