Every morning and afternoon there are idjits speeding in the school zone.
Why is it difficult to slow down to 25 when the light is flashing.

Will those 10 seconds you make up by keeping at 45 make you feel better the rest of the day.

I wish there were more cops out there during school start/release.

Am I the only one ticked off by this?

NO. you are not. While I have never hit a person, I know 2 people who have hit children. Neither was their fault. It wasn't a school zone. And both kids ran out in the road on a blind curb (different states). And I can tell you, those 2 people were never the same again. Sometimes it's important to learn from other's experiences. Those 10 seconds are not worth a life or what it will do to your own life.

BTW, I have not heard the word "idjit" in a long time. Thanks for the chuckle.

Type O - You are definitely not alone. Everyday, I see Darwin Award winners racing 45-50 mph through the school zone. These same d*mn fools speed and tailgate through the carpool line!

PDX - You would hope that people learn from other people's stupidity and mistakes - but unfortunately, most of these "idjits" are too selfish and dumb to realize what they are doing is dangerous and foolish.

In fact, I don't who is the bigger "idjit" - these clueless drivers that endanger everyone on the road or the Motor Vehicles Department for issuing these fools a license.

Yes indeed...and this ^ coming from someone who can't spell "heat." I can always fix myself something else to eat, but as they say, you can't fix stupid. Ah well. At least you're trying...I can see that. Good for you!

Listen, friend - bygones, okay? Just do us all a favor - turn in your license and get yourself a Big Wheel. You'll be less of a nuisance and a danger to yourself and all of us on the road.

Oh, and buy yourself a dictionary. Use it. It's a worthwhile investment.

Bless your heart, buddy!

There is a motorcycle cop in Greenville that's posted in front of JH Rose High just about everymorning. He may be the resource officer for the school I don't know. What I do know he will pull speeders without hesitation. A friend's wife got pulled for doing 27 in a 25 there.

Sad part about these people while going that fast they are either on their cell phone or texting and what about those idiots going 25+ mph in shopping parking lots just in front of the stores where the customers are exiting. I can't recall how many times I've yell out "slow down" or even "stop" when there's someone crossing the street.
