We are going to be moving to Fayetteville for a year or two for my husband's job. I have been scouring the internet for apartments and reviews. I know you have to "be careful" what area you live in.

My husband's coworkers are looking at apartments right behind Jack Britt High School. How long would this commute be to Fort Bragg? Yes, I can google it, but I'm curious if somebody can tell me a good estimate, with traffic, it would take??? I had originally written off the Hope Mills area because I didn't want his commute to be over 30 minutes....

The apartments I like are in the Ramsey St area or off Morganton, but I've also been told that the commute from Morganton onto Reilly Road to get to post can take up to 45 minutes with traffic in the mornings/afternoons.

Any info is greatly appreciated!

Lots of homes for rent in Carolina trace, a private gated community. Schools in Lee Co are good from what I understand

20-30 Minutes. But it takes that long to get anywhere in town. Hope Mills can actually be better traffic wise. Using All-American Hwy can take more traffic than the smaller roads.

I'm in the same area. The morning drive at 6am is about 20-30 minutes, afternoon drive at 4pm is about 30-45 minutes. A half-hour later, in either the morning or afternoon, can increase it by a fair amount.
