A trans man was born female. A trans woman was born male. They may or may not have the original plumbing. Google image is your friend. You are very free with your opinions. Find out what you're talking about then answer my question.
A trans male-to-female is a man who wants to be a female, but he is genetically a male. Modern medicine has allowed men who want to be women to experiment with surgeries that add silicon sacs to their chest area, amputate, neuter, and have the urethra re-aligned for urination. Even after all of that, the man is a man without lifelong drugs that alter chemical balances and carry with them numerous negative side effects.
Emissary, I'm just so sick of people who don't live here & don't know what the bill has in it & don't know what a trans man is or a trans woman is trying to shout down people who live here & are opposed to the bill. Maybe they can lobby their own politicians to adopt the whole unsavory mess. Then they can enjoy the lack of rights.
You're absolutely right about the possibility of shooting in the bathrooms. I wouldn't blame them.
I think a lot of people are relieved that someone is prepared to stand up against this absurd perspective on real life. The President is obviously over stressed and lacking sleep when his priority is to order young girls to tolerate people with penises in their change rooms, and to threaten to withhold funding for education if those young girls do not comply.

Again, do you know what all is in the bill? Do you think it's a good thing that all NC residents who are discriminated against cannot file a suit in a state court? Since the idiots in Raleigh are ordering trans men into women's bathrooms, how do we know if a pervert comes in?

sb - HB2 is like an iceberg with the 1/9th visible part (the bathroom issue), while the other 8/9ths (those important legal matters) lie unseen by the vast majority, like the right to sue in NC state court, local municipal rights down the tubes. It's the latter issues that will affect most people, many of whom will not realize it until it's too late!

As before I have a question: does the prevention of filing suit mean that people will no longer be financially compensated if they perceive circumstances as hostile, but it is still possible to file human rights complaints and see change? If so, is that a bad thing?

Can homosexual pedophiles present as transexuals?
People in the US sue for discrimination. There can be many reasons. Somtimes they are trying to get their job back.
If you want to voice your opinion on HB2 the terms of service say that you are welcome to. When you are told that you are not dealing with the whole bill, Google it. I'm using a phone at this time.
If you Google trans man & then hit image you will see pictures of who the NC legislature has ordered into women's bathrooms.
the people who say the bathroom issue is a sideshow or smokescreen in the bill do support allowing 'transgendered' people into opposite sex bathrooms. It can't be a smokescreen if that is the case.
