I'm in tier 2 right now (or possibly just started tier 3). I wish the online system had a way of tracking where you were in your tiers and how long each one had left. Maybe it does and I just haven't found it yet!

I'm on my last week and I'm wondering what is the process of getting an extension because it has been a year. What do I need to do to get my extension?

Can anybody tell me how long it takes to get an "active issue" fixed on a NC claim? Yes, I know what the "issue" is, but it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard either way as to if my old employer is going to fight it or not. They have not for the others they got rid of that had issues, but I wouldn't put it past them for me. I just would like to know if I'm going to have to get together an appeal, or if I can hope to get some money pretty soon. I was thinking that the company had a certain number of business days to deny before it automatically was approved.

Or am I thinking totally wrong on this? Help!

I got a letter last week that says I have to go to my local ESC office for an elegibility review.

I just wanted to ask how far back should I go with my work search records ?

I have not recieved one of these letters in over a year so do I need to bring everything for the past year ?

thanks for any info

If it's for EB work search review they will just want the last month; otherwise I don't know. You don't need to list all of your contacts, just make sure that you have two per week & that they were contacted on different days.

I just got a letter in the mail as well for a review. I have only been on unemployment for 3 weeks ! However im a little worried I do 99% of my applications / resumes online. Hopefully that will be ok, thats the way most of the jobs want to be contacted..

that is crazy! you might want to call them. I never got a letter until iIwent on EB and now I have to go in every 4 weeks. I wouldnt think after 3 weeks they would want to review you.
