There was a Tornado in Bismarck on Nov. 1st or 2nd 2000, I remember the date, cause I was back home for hunting as I was living out of state at the time, and was home for deer hunting. There was also a Tornado in 1998 or 1999 that hit Mandan as it ripped off part of the roof of my inlaws house, and my dad took some pictures of a tornado that hit south of mandan back in the mid-late 80's and I know there were a few others in the Bis-Man area so they are not limited to the south east part of the state.
