I live there full time. No issue with crime. I can't say i've ever seen a tag anywhere within the development (not that i drive around the entire development every day), or even anyone hanging around that looks like they are in a gang. The closet place i can remember seeing tags are on the old hotel at the intersection of 115 and 903.

I've been full time for 11 years . The community is safe, basically in a vacation area so that's why there's always property for sale.
