I agree. It is much better than Savo's or any other place in Pittston because they make the dough fresh everyday. The trays are made to order, so you always have a fresh dough for your pizza. The homemade sauce is excellent and their specialty pizzas are fantastic. Besides, where else can you get 12 cuts for 11 bucks? Its super cheap. If you go to Savo's you get a dough that they purchased and froze and just throw cheese and sauce on it. It tastes like rubber. With Shandra's on the other hand, you get that homemade fresh dough taste. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for amazing pizza.

Default Best Pizza West Side

Lower End Pizza on state street in Larksville has some of the best thick pizza in NEPA but the real winner here is the pagach... definitely the best I have ever had.

the number is 570-779-9186

Born and raised in Old Forge, living in Seattle now.

Ravello's was always #1 with my family.

Salerno’s is a close second. A few blocks away.

Default I agree with you, all new yorkers are not the same

Not all new yorker are arrogant, and i think that guy is just grouping all new yorkers as the same, that is pure HORSE HOCKEY....we all love where we come from, and I love new york pizza, but being a native new yorker, I have tried many different types of pizza. Please turn your ignorance into enlightenment, your are better then that. i was born and raised in the bronx and now live in south jersey, and i have an OPEN MIND. (i just got back from your beautiful state of PA, and I loved the time I spent there, and the people were great. Lehigh valley is right, it is not a new york issue, so please do not make it one. So Thread please do not paint us all with the same brush, it is not right or fair. Have a wonderful weekend. SDZ

I am not from New York, and I think Neapolitian is better than the Old Forge stuff. Stop making this a New York issue, it isn't. You simply hate people from the NY metroplitan area and are using this as an excuse to attack them.
