Anyone have any info on Warminster Township PA in Bucks County? Is it a nice neighborhood to raise a family? Going up there next week to take a look...any info?

You should post this inquiry in the Philadelphia sub-forum. There are some nice neighborhoods in Warminster and some decent parks for the kids. Street Road is a busy commercial strip, as is York Road. There's no real downtown or walkable retail areas. The Centennial School District doesn't have a great reputation compared to other suburban districts, but so much depends on particular schools and teachers.

You Really should be in the Philly Forum but FYI it is a pretty built up and busy area with lots of infrastructure and shopping and so forth. Coming from New York you might feel like your in the country though. LOL! Where did you say you are going to be working when you move? What town?

Default I live there

Hi NY Man.
I live here in Warminster- and yes, it's much closer to Philly ...or "town" they say here. It's great...it's just that it's built up. It's more expensive than NEPA
and less expensive than Central Bucks. I've been surprisingly happier here than I thought I would be. I do crave more nature and less congestion.
We have some great parks.
Happy Hunting!
