Now, math, I'm sure you didn't think that would work as a chef invite. LOL! The hat? I think he was havin' a bad hair day.

You and AKA should bring your cameras and head down to the islands. There was a lady set up here at the "Welcoming Evening" (= free rum punch and give aways) who does family portraits on the beach. Looks as if you can really make a living at it here.

Yeah....pretty nice here, Sum. (OK...that's an understatment. ) It was supposed to rain. Didn't.

I'm still sorta homesick though. I know that sounds crazy. Oh.....well.......guess I'm just a bit crazy.

Mint comes in different varieties. I have an apple mint in a pot that is trying like heck to spread. If you do get it, my recommendation is to pot it, as mint can become invasive very quickly. I got mine from a friend. There's got to be people who have some they'd be willing to share with you in the spring. I'd give you a cutting or two, but I most likely won't be out that way again until the springtime.

Your best bet is to wait until spring. Mint as basil comes out to plant in the spring. If you buy mint now it might not plant well. But they sell mint in all the supermarkets produce dept.
