if they use a patch or patch-plug then it sounds about right--they have to dismount the tire, patch the leak, remount, and spin balance it

I got three separate estimates from Kost for car repairs that were 25 to 40% above what other stations charged. Also, Kost told me that my car needed an alternator and battery, they claimed to have tested the battery and it was "burnt." I took my car for a second opinion and was told that the battery was fine and the car just needed an alternator. That was a year ago and my car is running with the same battery. Kost Tire & Muffler, phooey!

I work in construction, road hazard and a plug kit are necessary tools of the trade. apparently my tires are magnetic, they always find nails.
