Summering...thanks for sharing, I am defintely using a lawyer. All the stories everyone has shared convinced me. I was pretty sure I was going to use one, but after reading everyones stories....I would much rather be extra safe then sorry!!!!

That is good advice as a said in the begginning. Our new realator is who good said make sure you use an attorney. It is piece of mind, anything goes wrong you have someone looking out for your interest. I am pretty sure the title company will not. Best of luck,
