Kildare's in Downtown Scranton has an outdoor deck. I have heard it is nice.

We dined on the rooftop deck at Kildare's once and enjoyed it, but the service was horrendously slow.

state street grill is really nice - but perhaps a bit too trendy. Amici on the Morgan Highway has a great deck in the back. I also like Twig's in Tunkhannock - but only a couple tables outside.

I LOVE Twigs, but that's not close to Scranton at all. I never noticed they had tables outside either. Are they right on the street?

i live in the middle of nowhere in Shickshinny - so nothing is close for me :-) - but there are tables outside at Twigs on the side street (i.e. not on Route 6 but along the side of the building).

Twigs have several bistro tables right on the sidewalk along the main street

Patsel's Restaurant in Glenburn on routes 6 & 11 outside of Clarks Summit - spectacular outdoor dining, wonderful patio with flower gardens and water garden. Food, service and cocktails are great. Can't be beat !! www.patsels.com
