Some parts of Woodbridge/eastern PWC are definitely better than others. In general, (schools-wise), that zone to Freedom, Gar-Field, and Potomac HS are worse than the parts that zone to Forest Park, Hylton, and Woodbridge; then if you don't have kids/schools aren't an issue, a subset of the latter would be okay. My own opinion of "lesser areas" was colored by my stint in South Arlington, so I'm probably fussy than most.

The Costco's at the mall makes that whole side just miserable.

You know, large parking spaces, cheap gas, away from the "main" entrance of Potomac Mills. The only thing I don't like is how people driving by the gas station just cut across the parking lot like the painted lines mean nothing. I was almost hit by people cutting across twice this past weekend. One person actually had the gall to flip me the bird for honking at them and cutting them off. Anyways back on topic, I love my little ghetto Wegman's along with my huge selection of ghetto restaurants.

Driving through the parking lot and not staying in the lanes is a HUGE problem at the Woodbridge Costco for some reason. I always drive away from the Costco entrance, up one of the rows and get all the way to the gas station before I turn right to get to the exit part. Everyone else is just barreling through diagonally and it's ridiculous. It actually seems better on Saturday and Sunday when the parking lot is fulls and people can't do that. But during the weekday, you need to be very careful.

To potential new residents - Manassas is also a ghetto. No one else move here either please!

Oh OK, I get it. It does suck to live in the ghetto with all the shoppers buying stuff and spending their money. I mean geez, who's genius idea was to put a BJs, a SAMs Club and a Costco within minutes from each other. Plus you've got the Home Depot right across from the Lowes. You'd think people would rather spend their money on crack and weed than potted plants and mulch...
