As I said earlier, I think Burke is the most logical halfway point between Andrews and Sterling. It is going to be a long commute for both of them, unless they can work around traffic patterns, yes. However, Andrews is actually not that far from the Wilson bridge. I could be door to door in about 20 minutes from my apartment in Huntington with no traffic. It was an easy drive, honestly. Burke is a little further around the beltway, but it is certainly doable. My friend's brother lived not far from that area when he was stationed at Andrews and I don't remember him complaining about the commute.

we live closer to the mall (near lake accotink) and love our neighborhood. 22150 is definitely a mixed bag, but there are some really nice and private homes/lots and we've noticed lots of young families moving in
