And search for any arts venue for rent at any price you get one result in Herndon. I'm sorry, but Herndon isn't exactly nearby most places in Fairfax Co. Are there literally no working artists in Fairfax Co?
Yet DC and MD have tons of venues. DC in particular is ridiculous cost-wise compared to Fairfax Co. This makes no sense to me, given the low income of most artists, but maybe in the past DC was cheaper than Fairfax Co, but no longer? One would think that George Mason in particular would support some kind of arts community?
I'm looking for a space to rent for a price that a working artist can afford (which is very little), say $25/hour, that isn't going to disuade Fairfax Co clients who may not want to trek 0.5-1 hour into DC. Does anyone know of such a venue? Note that I have the clients, just no venue. So the demand does exist.

Home | Workhouse Arts Center It's basically the opposite end of FaIrfax County than Herndon, so not centrally located.
